1. Rescheduling Policy
    • Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge if you notify the Therapist at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
    • To reschedule, please contact the Therapist directly through the provided communication channels.
2. Cancellation Policy
    • To cancel a session, you must inform the Therapist at least 24 hours in advance of the session start time.
    • Last-Minute Cancellations: Any session cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the session start time will be considered a last-minute cancellation.
    • No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for last-minute cancellations.
3. No-Show Policy
    • If you fail to join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as a no-show.
    • No refunds or reschedules will be possible for no-shows. To book a new session, full payment will be required.
4. Refund Policy
    • No Refunds: Please note that we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
    • All payments made are final and non-refundable.
6. Therapist-Initiated Rescheduling
    • In the rare event that a session needs to be rescheduled by the Therapist, you will be informed in advance and offered an alternate session time.
